Cookie Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Nextenti Tech Private Limited ("Nextenti", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies on OyeHR ("the Service").
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. We also use
similar browser storage mechanisms — sessionStorage and
localStorage — which behave like cookies but are not sent to our
servers automatically with every request.
2. How We Use Them
- Essential — session token. Your sign-in session is kept in
your browser's
sessionStorageso you stay signed in while using the Service. This is cleared when you sign out or close the browser tab. - Essential — organization memory. On a shared sign-in link
(not tied to a specific organization's subdomain), we remember which
organization you last signed into in
localStorage, so you are not asked to identify your organization again on your next visit. - Preference — appearance. We may remember basic, non-identifying display preferences in local browser storage.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. Managing Cookies and Local Storage
Most browsers let you view, delete or block cookies and site data through their settings (for example, Chrome's Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings). Clearing your browser's site data for OyeHR will sign you out and clear any remembered organization, and you will need to sign in again.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
